Disabled Services

The Guest Services department at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace strives to provide excellent service to all our guests, including those guests with disabilities and special needs. The Colosseum at Caesars Palace recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities and has met or exceeded the requirements of compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and Nevada accessibility mandates. The Colosseum at Caesars Palace provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment of our events and facilities. The following section highlights our services.

Wheelchair Escorts

The Colosseum at Caesars Palace Guest Service Department provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests with special needs when requested. Escorts are available at any entry point as we have Wheelchair Escorts available to assist you for all performances. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event.

Wheelchair Storage

For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, we will store your wheelchair. Our staff will make arrangements to return the wheelchair to you at the end of the event, or any other time of your choosing.

Accessible/Disabled Seating

Accessible/disabled seating is available in all price levels of the theatre. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating to ensure proper accommodations. Accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster and in person at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace box office. Please visit the Box Office page for hours and additional information.

Ticketmaster (3 ways):

  • Visit Ticketmaster online, select the event, and click on the 'Request Accessible Tickets' icon.
  • Call Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 and request accessible tickets.
  • Visit one of Ticketmaster's outlets and request accessible tickets.

Disabled Parking

Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities within the Caesars Palace parking garages. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. Disabled spaces are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis so please plan accordingly.

Wheelchair and Accessible Seating Policy

Accessible/disabled seating is available in all price levels of the theatre. Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companions. Patrons purchasing accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and one (1) companion seat adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all those that need accessible seating.

The Colosseum at Caesars Palace is committed to working with patrons on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. Patrons who need to exchange a non-accessible seat for a wheelchair or accessible seat should call the Box Office or Ticketmaster in advance to arrange for proper seating. This includes patrons who require interpretive services or service animals. All ticket sales and exchanges are on a first-come/call, first-serve basis and will depend on ticket availability. There is no guarantee that any companion tickets will remain unsold and available.

Sign Language Interpreters

The Colosseum at Caesars Palace is pleased to provide signed performances for our hearing-impaired guests for select concert events. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice, at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Please contact the Box Office for further information.

Assistive Listening Devices (ALD)

Assistive Listening Devices are available for hearing-impaired guests at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace events. Please visit our Guest Service Counter located in the main lobby level of The Colosseum and request an Assistive Listening Device. Guests will be required to leave valid identification such as a driver's license as collateral. This is a complimentary service.

Service Animals/Guide Dogs

Service animals are welcome in The Colosseum at Caesars Palace and will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. We suggest that the individual have proof of certification or a license for the service animal.

Emergency Evacuation Procedures

The Colosseum at Caesars Palace personnel have been properly trained in emergency evacuation procedures to ensure the safe evacuation of all patrons, including those guests with disabilities, in the case of an emergency.


All restrooms facilities at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace are accessible. In addition, a family/unisex restroom is available on the Main Lobby and First Mezzanine Lobby levels of the theatre for disabled guests with opposite gender aides/companions.


The Colosseum at Caesars Palace is equipped with one elevator off of each lobby that accesses all public areas of the theatre. Should you require special assistance in reaching your seat, please contact our Guest Services Department in advance or see any Guest Service staff member during the event.
