Age Limit

For most shows, a valid ticket is required for each guest over the age of 2 entering the theater. Some events may have a different age requirement, due to content. No admittance of anyone under 18, without adult(21) supervision.

Assistive Listening Devices

The Colosseum is equipped with an IR based Assistive Listening system. Visit the Guest Services Counter to pick up a headset or FM transmitter for compatible hearing aids.

Autographs

As a general rule, guests do not have the opportunity to obtain autographs from artists or performers. Please contact the artist’s official fan club website for autograph information.

Booster Seats

Upholstered to match our seats, we offer booster seats which fit into our seats and add 5” of height to the seat. Contact the usher in your seating area to request a booster seat.

Camera Policy

Video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices and cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses are not permitted and are required to be checked in at the door. The standard policy for most events is that small point-and-shoot cameras are permitted to enter the venue however flash photography is not permitted. Some events may have their own tour policy which will always supersede the building policy. Cameras and recording equipment not permitted to enter may either be checked in or returned to one’s car or hotel room.

Cell Phones

Cell phones are allowed in the theater as long as their use does not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment. No devices can be plugged into the buildings' electrical outlets.

Coat Check / Bag Check

Coat and Bag check is available as a complimentary service at the Guest Services counter in the main lobby.

Code of Conduct

Our goal is to create an enjoyable environment for all of our guests. Guests are expected to act responsibly and be considerate of others. Guests engaging in improper conduct (including but not limited to profane or abusive language, intoxication, and fighting/ throwing objects) may be ejected without refund.

Disabled Guest Seating

Seating for guests with disabilities is available in all price categories. To purchase seating for guests with disabilities, call the Box Office for more information at (800) 745-3000. ADA Compliant restroom facilities are available on all levels.

Exit / Re-Entry

To exit and later re-enter the theater, a guest must have their ticket scanned out to exit and then must present the same ticket to re-enter the theater.

Family Amenities

  • Changing stations are available in all restrooms.
  • A family restroom is located on the Main Lobby level as well as on the First Mezzanine level.
  • Strollers are welcome but will be checked in by an usher as you are seated so as not to interfere with other guests. At the end of the performance, the stroller will be brought back to your seat location by the ushers.

First Aid

First Aid, staffed by EMTs is available during all public performances. In the event of an emergency, notify an usher or security officer of your need and the EMT will be contacted. A wide selection of over the counter medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, anti diuretic, Alka-Seltzer, etc., is available at the gift shops in Caesars Palace.

Food & Beverage

Full service bars and appetizers are located on each level. Outside Food and Beverage is not permitted in the theater.

Gifts

As a general rule, guests do not have the opportunity to leave gifts for artists or performers. CDs, DVDs, music, poetry, screenplays, manuscripts, etc will never be accepted on behalf of an artist or performer.

Guest Services Counter

The Guest Services Counter is located in the main lobby. The following services are available at this location: Coat and Bag Check, Binoculars, Blankets, Booster Seats, Guest Concern Forms, Assistive Listening Devices, checked item retrieval, Lost and Found and Wheelchair Assistance.

Lost & Found

During and immediately following an event (first 15 minutes), found items are brought to the Guest Services Counter on the main lobby level. If not picked up, all lost and found items are transferred to the box office. To check on a lost item, call the box office at (800) 745-3000.

Birthday - Anniversary Wishes Requests

Birthday, Anniversary and special dedications by artists will not be accepted.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted in The Colosseum: Cameras, Video Recording Equipment, Audio Recording Devices, Weapons, Food and Beverage Items. 

Smoking

The Colosseum is a smoke free environment.

Taxis

Taxis after the event can be found at the front of the hotel and at the Forum Shops Valet.
